Highlandtown Healthy Living Center

The first LEED Platinum building in Baltimore and the first LEED Platinum Federally Qualified Health Center in the United States, this Community Health Center is located in the Highlandtown Area. The new center provides larger and more comfortable waiting rooms, health education classes, enclosed parking, and a Community Meeting Room. The project received a 2009 Wavemaker Award from the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and a 2010 Award for Best Platinum Commercial Interior. The LEED Gold Core and Shell, also by the design team, received specical recognition in the 2010 USGBC Awards program.
