The proposed site is located within the existing subdivision plan. It is formally the area known as Block 4 and considered prime lots of the site as it contains the unobstructed views towards Mayon. The total lot area is 2,710sqm. The allocation previously was for 8 units, however the intent is to increase the unit:lot ratio by creating low rise condo residences. The project is made up of with a series of component units. In total there are five different unit types of four varying areas. This is to rationalize the layouts when considering construction in the future. There will be a combination of 2-bed and 3-bed units with a larger proportion of 2-bedrooms in the development. The units are connected via central access path and several stairways leading up to a maximum of three storeys per block. This is to ensure the development is not too obstructive of the residential plots that are part of the existing subdivision.
