The design of this high-street mixed-use commercial complex in Zirakpur, Punjab is an attempt to create a successful model of development in our aspirational towns and cities of India. Apart from being artistic or aesthetic renditions the developments also need to provide a right economic model for its success. The design of this development in Punjab is a careful balance of of cost economics, meeting social needs of aspirational India, identifying the right mix of different programs and also very importantly creating spatial experiences through architectural design & planning. The design seeks to provide an experience that is everlasting in the memories of the end users.
The development is located on a triangular site measuring 3.30 acres overlooking a busy road and an urban flyover. The project comprises of Shopping, Offices, Food &Beverage, a Multiplex with Food court, Hotel, and a Wellness Center. The total built up area of the project is 3.05 lac sqft. The plot is surrounded by residential and commercial developments.
The design of the developments addresses the two aspects of project success: a strong economic model backed up with architecture with an unparalleled experience.
