Casa Tortugas Football Center is a sports refuge in the middle of the Tulum jungle. A place where training means returning to the essentials: silence, shade, fresh air, and nature. Designed for football, it invites players to reconnect with their body, their mind, and the origin of the game.
With simple and functional architecture, the center combines modern facilities with high-performance and recovery spaces for athletes, all in balance with its surroundings. At Casa Tortugas Football Center, sport and nature meet. In the jungle of Tulum, silence, shade, and the tropical breeze make training an experience that reconnects body and mind.
The architecture responds to the essentials: a central permeable building that organizes the terrain and opens towards two football fields, the true protagonists. It is an honest, raw, and authentic space that dialogues with the vegetation and the climate, integrating naturally with its environment.
It is a high-performance center, but it also functions as a place of recovery and well-being. Gyms, community areas, bodies of water, and spaces of contemplation balance physical effort with pause, introspection, and calm.
Designed for the football elite, the project seeks to return to the origin of the game. Here, football transcends competition: it becomes a ritual, an act of connection with the earth, nature, and the vital energy that surrounds us.
