: The project is a new development along West Chelsea Special Zoning District consisting of twenty-one storey residential tower on 10th Avenue between 28th and 29th Streets, a thirteen storey hotel on 28th Street and commercial space adjacent to and below High Line. Project developed by private owner , currently operating/owns businesses on the site.
Responsibilities:Built physical study model of commercial component for client approval. Generated and assisted in the development of design documents for the projects. Assembled presentation diagrams, drawings and documentation for client meetings. Assembled schematic sketches and diagrams for client presentations and firm pin-ups. Drafted design documents for city’s filing.
