The project is located in Heze City, Shandong Province, the area is an undeveloped commercial area. The project will be used as a sales office.
To become a demonstration area for the entire area, the visibility and reachability of the project and its relevance to the construction of commerce have become the focus of design considerations.
The two buildings are separate in the northwest corner of the plot, and the planned smart land on the side, along the cognition of Qiantang Road, we will consider the cognitive volume of the commercial area to be divided into two, connect the bridge block space and form a corridor between the two blocks, leading and guiding into the commercial area.
The architectural space is composed of two parts: virtual and real. The virtual space is enclosed by glass curtain walls, which is visually light and transparent. The solid part uses stone to highlight its heavy sense of volume. The entity occupies the space, defines the space and forms a new environment with the space to form a new visual product to created a new "space theater"。
The virtual and real space blocks are interspersed with each other, opening holes in the facade according to the function, and forming different forms of openings according to the needs of the internal function for lighting, which also makes the facade more changeable. The façade of the physical part is made of Roman travertine, showing the elegant and stable texture of the project. The physical part extends all the way to the interior, emphasizing the interspersion of the blocks, so that the interior and exterior form a whole.
In terms of functional layout, the first and second floors are used as public areas, and the third floor is the office area. The larger volume on the west side is the main sales area. The large sand table is placed in a two-story high-level space and visitors can overlook the entire sand table from the second floor and the bridge. The east side block serves as a commercial display area. The second floor on the west side is set up as a brand display space, which is connected to the financial contract area on the east side through a bridge.
