The project interprets the four proposed sites as case study areas to test a wide range of strategies, potentially leading Zagreb to a comprehensive rethinking of its relation to the Sava. A sensible mapping of the existing potentials, a radically participatory process and a set of possibilities – an open source catalogue of modular structures – are the basic instruments for a contemporary and inclusive approach to the city and its landscapes.
