In this academic essay, the objective was to restore the occupation cycle of the coastal line with a proposal that confronts the present scheme: a maximum advantage of the place qualities and measured consequences of the architecture in the surroundings, against the actual distribution and existing densification; and the dynamic appropiation system (expansion/retraction) of the units, against the elasticity of the actual collective housing.
