Heritage Inn & Suites
The Heritage Inn & Suites is a beautiful and fully appointed hotel ideally located in Brooks, Alberta just six blocks south of the Trans-Canada Highway, near hunting, fishing, and golfing activities. It features Director & Executive suites, 52 Deluxe Standard rooms, and 6 Junior suites that feature Jacuzzi tubs, fireplaces, and separate bedrooms. Amenities include a dining café, 60 seat meeting room, a well-appointed swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, and fitness area.Alvin Reinhard Fritz Architect Inc. was introduced to the Kanegawa family, owners of the Heritage Inn & Suites, by Alvin Dueck, owner of Braman Furniture, an international furniture supplier to the hospitality industry. The stakeholders utilized a successful design/build process in collaboration with Silver Ridge Construction and the architect.A very deep, but narrow lot dictated a linear design – conditions that ARFAI accepted as a good design challenge. The project resulted in a very cost effective, yet attractive hotel building constructed in record time just prior to an inflationary construction boom.
