Designed in late 2016, the space consists of six separate units spread over 500m2 of land, including restaurant, kitchen, bakery... The layout is intended to mirror traditional Saigon alleyways ('Hẻm' means alley in English). Each unit is designed like an absolute separate shop, and a house at the same time, differing from others in forms and colors. Meanwhile leftover space becomes a wandering flow which is used not only for circulation but also for setting the tables and seats by chance. Those little houses join together for a whole bigger one. Contrast colors create a sense of amazement for all the customers who've been here.
