The design consists of clearance and combination as well as the clear formation of the urban building edges of the areal and the development of a public plain inside the region. The system of public area brings a rate of flow threw areas with high quality, aside the road traffic. The whole areal is enchased on the edges however it is not barred from the public.
Visitors, staff and residents take part by crosslinking of technology and living.
