With this project, we sought to create a more functional, cozy, and sustainable environment where healthcare professionals can work and seniors can live with dignity and integration.
What makes this project unique?
- Architectural harmony with the environment – natural materials, wooden finishes, white facades, and red brick accents that echo the existing hospital architecture.
- Functional logic – clearly defined public spaces: a representative square, closed and open inner courtyards, ensuring flow management and comfort.
- Universal design – all spaces are adapted for people with disabilities, with no barriers to movement, tactile indicators, and convenient entrances.
- Sustainability – A++ energy efficiency buildings are being designed, with the possibility of using solar panels, geothermal heating, and rainwater collection.
- Unique solutions – a glass chapel spanning three floors is being designed in the third building, which will become not only a spiritual but also an architectural highlight.
