A Mosque located on mountainous region in Haraz, Yemen. It has been executed for villagers to perform their religious prayers and cultural programs throughout the year.
It has been designed and ornamented with Fatimid Art and Architecture.
This mosque is one of the several Mosques sponsored by His Holiness, Dr. Syedna Mufaddal Saifuddin (TUS) the spiritual leader of the Dawoodi Bohra Community. He has fostered an era of unprecedented growth of building works, from Mosques and mausolea to schools and rest homes. He has encouraged the use of Fatimid architectural principles in such works, to articulate the community's values and reclaim its heritage.
alNajjar Architects studio has been privileged to take this project into its hands from designing to execution as it took almost eight months to execute this special project.
