NEW THEME was contracted to completely renovate the interior of a classic mid-century home on Hayvenhurst Avenue in Encino, CA. The house had been altered since its original construction, and it was necessary to remove and renovate various elements to restore the authenticity of the home’s mid-century appeal. An installed hardwood floor was removed and replaced with a specialty white concrete. The bathrooms and kitchen were also redesigned and modernized as part of a careful restoration process that restored the quality of the house as it was originally designed and built in the 1950’s.
