My consulting business is HaveMediaWillTravel. I live on the frontier, in Wyoming, which means few people, open spaces and rugged mountains. I wanted an office that showcases these things. The cabin that was to be my office went down river during a June flood. As a Plan B we bought a 1973 RV. (It has wheels on it, which means in future floods, I can move it. And, I can take it on the road.) It's old but has character. Nestled in big trees on the bank of the Popo Agie River with mountain views, my office is, well, inspiring. My coworkers are deer, grouse and geese. We sometimes call it The Downgrade. (It has a ceramic fish bolted to one of the walls and cost only $2000) But the truth is, my office by the river is an upgrade.
