The house is located in Leonding, at the gates of the Upper Austrian capital Linz, directly at the busy city entrance. This explains the closed front to the street. The ground floor is built in reinforced concrete with metal cassettes, the upper floor, in the living area, is dominated by solid wood panels and the curtain-type rear-ventilated façade. The Prefa profile wave is the dominant element.
