RODE Architects is designing a facility devoted to the conservation, management, and study of art and academic research for programs within the Harvard Art Museums. The museums are undergoing massive changes, where the collection has been moved out of its central facility near Harvard Yard during a full renovation and expansion designed by Renzo Piano Building Workshop. RODE is assisting the museums in re-visioning their off-campus facility after the new museum is open. The facility will continue to be a vibrant and active location for research and management of this extensive collection of art.
