Comprised of a 2000 and 2500sf unit, this duplex project done for Cisneros Properties LLC in the Cherry Creek North neighborhood of Denver, Colorado was just completed. The intent was for each unit to have a bit of it's own character while staying within the same aesthetic as a whole. Rotating the direction of the Fijian Hardwood siding, and selecting a primary accent color for each help serve as identifiers for each arm of the building. A very contemporary addition to the neighborhood, the interiors utilize a slightly less modern palette to align with the local market led by Lynn Shannon Interior Design (http://www.lynnshannoninteriordesign.com).
