The renovation of an existing restaurant will breathe new life into
Dobbs Ferry’s Main Street, which has heretofore changed little over the
last 50 years. Public spaces of the restaurant have been completely
reorganized to provide the best entry location, bar location,
and maximum amount of seating. The new organization creates four
distinct spaces that move from most public to most private: a bright,
open public dining room, a high-ceilinged bar, an intimate dining room
with a lower ceiling and lower lighting, and, finally, a private dining
area for large groups and private parties.Swis.Loc Architecture planned the new layout, shepherded the project through regulatory approvals, and assisted in technical detailing and material choices. Graphic and Interior Design was led by Nothing: Something NY.
