The
building has been developed on 30-35 FLOORS. The maximum height does not exceed
the critical angle of 60 degrees from the street Nguyen Tat Thanh. The Project
is focused on the correct organization of the building. In a building where the
uses are alternated, it is important to establish a clear operative scheme. The
most important decision taken, consisted of the volumetric perception of the
building which allows its uses to be understood. The building is made up of two
different towers. The main tower, the tallest, is located to the front and will
be totally used for offices. This gives the impression of slenderness to the
building and improves its organization. The second tower will partly be used
for offices and the highest floors for apartments. On levels within both
towers, which are destined to be offices, there will be a connection. The space
between the two towers will be used as a foyer for the offices. Two entrances
have been set out, both clearly identified in relation to each of the towers.
The entrance to the offices is located in the main street, with a clearly
marked entrance hall, more evident than the one destined for the apartments,
which has access through a large garden with the use of large fountains and
plants, this entrance gives an atmosphere of relaxation. Finally, the
commercial area is located on the ground floor where there is a fabulous
entrance under the second tower where the corner of the plot is. This entrance
is below a large overhang on the way to the great entrance hall of the
building.
