The project involves the fit-out of a new apartment loft over an existing commercial retail space, within the historic Harwick complex.
The proposal aims to reinforce and enhance the heritage warehouse experience, maintaining several existing structural elements and features throughout.
Split levels have been introduced within the vast open plan, to maximise vertical spatial experience and points of interest. Proposed new balcony, dormer and clerestory windows create break-out areas and viewpoints to the sky, to alleviate from the surrounding urban context.
