Located in Thu Duc District, Ho Chi Minh City, Ms. Hang's house is a project designed by AA HOUSE, with the goal of creating a living space that is both simple and sophisticated, suitable for the living needs of a young family.
The design philosophy of the project is towards simplicity and minimalism from the exterior to the interior, creating a unified whole. The facade with a spacious yard opens up an airy space, bringing a feeling of closeness and peace from the first look.
The living space is designed according to the open principle, with the living room and kitchen connected, optimizing the usable area. The interior is carefully selected with simple lines and elegant colors. Wood materials combined with modern objects and equipment create a subtle blend between modern and traditional styles.
A special highlight in the design is the skylight located right in the center of the house. Natural light from the skylight spreads evenly throughout the spaces, helping the house to always be filled with light and closely connected with the outside nature.
The small garden behind the house is cared for with fresh green space, becoming an ideal place for the family to relax and enjoy peaceful moments together.
The main material of the project is red terracotta - a sustainable, environmentally friendly choice. The warm red color of terracotta bricks brings a cozy feeling while helping the project to naturally blend with the surrounding landscape.
