PDA has been designing improvements to this 1930's Italianate home in LA's elegant Hancock Park district since 2002. A rolled steel plate fireplace, powder room with Moroccan mosiac tile floor and custom oil-rubbed bronze lavatory, guest bath, pool house bath, swimming pool, and kitchen are among the renovations and installations we've completed. All projects have been close collaborations with the owners, attorney-collectors with deep interest in modernity and the arts, particularly furniture and photography.Metalwork shown is by Tom Farrage of Farrage & Co. (custom bronze lavatory) and Gilad Ben-Artzi of Creative Enterprises, Inc. (custom brass vent hood).
