The Project is located in the central part of Niseko-Hirafu resort, along Gondola Zaka street. The building is 7 stories high and comprised of 4 residential units. From the 2nd FL to the 4th FL, each floor is occupied by a single residence, while the top 3 levels are dedicated to the Super Penthouse. Owners and Guests are provided with unobstructed 360-degree views at all levels of the Super Penthouse. The highlights are Mt. Yotei to the East and the Hirafu ski slopes to the West. The structural system was adopted to maximize the exposure to these views.
