The building situated in Glyfada is designed by the 314 architecture studio. Its distinctive feature is its fluid and sculptural form, with curved surfaces and a minimalistic white facade. The fundamental philosophy centers on crafting spaces that invite users to engage, comprehend, and perceive contemporary architecture in a novel light. The windows and openings are uniquely shaped, adding to the artistic appearance. The use of perforations in the walls and possibly translucent materials suggests a focus on light and shadows, creating dynamic effects throughout the day, drawing its inspiration from the starry night effect which adds a magical, otherworldly quality to the building as well as an interesting play between the light and shadows.
