前面道路から1ｍ下がった敷地の為、2階に広がりのあるリビングを配置して、2階アクセスとしました。1階はご主人の退職後の夢でもある隠れ家的喫茶店を設け、旗竿敷地の細長いアプローチは植栽で演出されたｽﾛｰﾌﾟとなり、家族だけではなく、喫茶店のお客様も楽しめます。地球環境を大切に考えられる建築主様の理念を反映させた喫茶店併用住宅です。
Because there was 1 meter setback from the main street we create access to second floor where the spacious living room is placed. In the first floor, we made the building owners dream come true by providing a café to be run by the retired husband.The elongated space that leads to the building approach planted with some vegetation and plants that can be enjoyed by not only the house owner but also the cafe`s costumer.
It is a coffee shop and house design that reflects the philosophy of the building owners that really considere the surrounding environment and people.
