We founded 过半儿 guò bàn er in June 2021. We strive to set new industry standards despite being a small firm of 4 employees only. From the beginning of the studio, we have offered our employees a four-day workweek at total compensation. What started as an experiment has proven to be a successful model to guarantee a healthy work-life balance for our staff while providing excellent service to our clients. To lead this new way of working in China makes us proud.
