The project is M1 industrial land and contains three plots. In the planning layout, the high-rise workshops and dormitories are arranged along the periphery of the base, while the lower, multi-story workshop offices are in the center of the complex. The overall layout forms a valley-like comfortable green belt between the two fronts. We considered the three pieces of land as unified to create a complete and clear planning structure and an excellent urban space through planning. In the facade design, considering that the north and south facades of the building are external display surfaces, are relatively transparent, and use large glass areas. The east and west facades are relatively closed, with solid walls as the mainstay, combined with outdoor air conditioning. We strive to build a characteristic and high-quality industrial park in Baiyun District, Guangzhou, through careful design of details and under the premise of controlling costs.
