This is a six story building of 7000 square meters of usable area situated in the center of the city. Nearby, the "Port Gate" is designed as an office building with a retail area in the ground floor and one story of underground garage. It fills a gap in the urban fabric at the corner of two main streets. The form of the building is simple, with one deformation imposed by the shape of the building plot. Modular, repeatable wall openings and simple material solutions define its aesthetic character. Those design solutions, together with color contrasts with the surroundings, make the building dominate in this part of the city—which is desired both from the urban point of view and the building's own prestige. In 2013 the building was certified LEED GOLD and has become the first building so highly ranked in Szczecin.
