GRO Residential complex
Row houses, with heights ranging from three to five storeys and tower buildings surround a large internal courtyard.
This space with commercial services and green areas, is crossed by a network of pedestrian articulated on different levels. The collective housing high density planned for the settlement allows to allocate a large public green area, free from buildings. The correct orientation, and the study of relationships between the various buildings, represents a particular aspect of the design. The size and shape of the buildings, and the close relationship between the sphere of residential and commercial services, will give a quality "urban" in this speech, far from the city-center locations. The relationship between interior and exterior, between public, semi-public and private, and the design of green areas play a very important role in the enhancement of the complex, improving livability.
