A group of doctors decided to establish a restaurant where could be a trusted place in terms of the preparation and cooking process transparency for customers. In addition, a place for friendly cultural gatherings, reading and discussing. The time was very limited; our first meeting with the client was March 15th. The opening was fixed for May 15. A commercial property area was 309 square meters. Eliminating the memory of customers from the previous unfortunate fast food and designing a new atmosphere were two starting key points. In the first step, we tried our best overlapping between designing, executing op-erations and negotiating time with the client. As a result, we had more time for focusing on details. In order to reduce the cost of renovation in the leasing property, architectural details, especially the fixed parts, should be designed at a minimum cost. Estab-lishing a widescreen window on the eastern wall of the first-floor hall, removing the partition between the kitchen space and the ground floor, demolition entrance walls, moving the parking ceiling 1 meter higher to create a standard kitchen height were just a group of actions in the first phase. Concrete structure with fairly large beams and columns and disoriented geometry was the most important challenge of the pro-ject. While organizing the interior spaces, despite these restrictions, the following changes were attempt-ed:
• Parking space as a storage space and space without using it as a baking space.
• With the destruction of the partition between the kitchen and the public space, the food prepara-tion would be obvious.
All the spaces are adjacent to the central void. We transformed this void into the extension of white space of entrance steps. This white space is the first place in which the customer can visit the kitchen, the ground floor, and the first-floor hall and the study space. The first floor has two interconnected sec-tions which have been separated by color and furniture. This decision has been taken due to the coinci-dent application of the cafe and restaurant. The cafe's space in combination with the library has been a place to fulfill the principal demands of the clients, which was creating a space for cultural gatherings and reading. The initial design strategy was overlapping the design and construction of the project.
