As part of the urban block, in addition to high floors of residential building set on the western and southern sides of the block, a residential 24. floors tower, set in the northeastern part of the block. Open areas are intended as a block of space for socializing and gathering of people on two terraces, one of which is also the cover of semi-open parking space, and both terraces can be reached by stairs from around the block. Landscape planning has been done on the model of park planning, with an abundance of low and high vegetation. Designed as a modern residential units, in accordance with all human needs for comfortable, safe and peaceful stay in their apartments, and at the same time taking care of psycho-physical effects of great height residents of the building, this tower is a new, modern type of housing that has long appeared in developed countries, all presenthere. As the awareness of people in relation to ecology and environmental protection has increased significantly in recent years, it was necessary to equip the building elements of bioclimatic technologies. In addition, the major challenge was to adjust man to feel secure and relaxed in his home at 60 or 70 meters above ground level and there is no sense to live in a residential community, ie. to feel a certain amount of privacy.Large glass surfaces, in addition special glass intended for absorbing solar energy, natural light fill rooms and open beautiful views of the city and its surroundings. Horizontal structures are removed in relation to the plane of the facade and that make impossible look on the bottom of the building, which has a positive impact on the consciousness of the observer. For the purpose of socializing, entertainment, relaxation and developing socialawareness of users, each floor has shared rooms with greenery and equipped with the necessary inventory.
This residential tower contains 99 apartments spread over a multi-homes, the three, four and five-member family.There are a total of 343 apartments of which there are 34 floors to the roof, that is floors above the typical floors.Garage areas closed and semi-closed type has 100 parking spaces.
