Project of Green Terraces in the city Oswiecim completed by visio | architects and consultants together with ARCA have won the first price in international competition. Due to city officials the project have chances for further development in the next year, with the possible involvement of VISIO and ARCA office.The project consist of 2 new multi-functional buildings (up to 6 stories height)with retail and gastronomy spaces at the ground level. Green terraces are masking double deck parking and closing the contour of large scale (nearly 4000 m2) city square with several cafeterias.Monumental stairs and benches (along the ramp for handicapped person) are creating specific shape of amphitheater, which will be used occasionally for the open sky events.
