This project is a recently completed conversion within a basement flat and court yard, into a 3 bedroom duplex in the heart of Mayfair, London. The design looked to create clever uses of space within the small site, through open plan design and alternative storage solutions. The projects design encompasses the natural light from carefully chosen roof light locations whilst solid structural elements are replaced with transparent glass opening up the basement conversion.
