Green Residential Complex
This is a Design project which is required for the bachelor`s
degree in architecture. The name of this project is: Green Block. One of the
advantages of my project is that it's in the one of the most attractive sites
in Abudhabi. I arranged different chapters to explain and guide you through my
design project from beginning till the end. The first chapter talks about
subject and the significance of the project which is one of the important goals
that I aimed for, the other important factors are goals, objectives, and
limitations of the project which we need to study about. In addition, research
methodology which explains the techniques and ways to reach the concept and
then complete the project. In chapter two which is literature review, we can
see the important information about Blocks and green architecture and its
aspects for instance, Blocks and the different types of Green Blocks and how
villas evolved through years. Chapter three is about case studies which I chose
for my project. I tried to have different types of studies so I chose them
from around the world. Chapter four is about the site and the location of the
site and also there are information's about U.A.E, Abudhabi and its weather
changes. In addition the site analyzes of the site is located in chapter four.
Chapter 5 includes Guidelines about the design, regulations of the residential
areas and villas, space table and diagram. In chapter 6 we can find
information's about the architecture of the project such as concept, sketches,
drawings and perspectives. Also there are some information about the structure
of the building and its utilities. Project Subject This project is a “Abu Dhabi
Green Residence” with its special Spaces Such as Details of public spaces ,
semi-public and private spaces. Project Significant It is important that this
villa and residential is situated and designed on the new cultural and modern
site of Abudhabi with all the different types of styles and other residential
areas. Different types of visitors, tourists and attractions, which lives in
the city. So this villa and residential can be successful according to the new
development of the city Abudhabi.
Goals and Objectives:
The main goal of this project is Design a well thought
project for Bachelors degree and to accomplish some factors such as:
attraction, uniqueness, and well designed project.

affecting on nature
Ø Energy
efficiency complex
Ø Creating
a unique and well thought design.

Providing specific spacesØ Respect
to environment
Ø Creating
new ideas on the site
Another goal of this project is to making a place for relaxation
and recreation with the following objectives:
Ø Designing
suites with respecting to environment of the area
Ø Using of
shading devices in different parts of the project
Ø Having a
complete Green Block with a healthy environment
Ø Located
in area that can effect it’s surrounding future growth to make them also green.Ø hierarchy of spaces to enhancing site circulation.
Ø design
different spaces for different users like: (play area for children’s , sporting
area, amphitheater , etc..)
