Adieu Tristesse - this motto stands for the multi unit housing "Wiedner Hauptstraße No. 135" in Vienna since 2002. In the midst of the rather murky block border development near a main circulation road lives the building with the seasons. For 15 years now, the natural climate shell is a cooling filter between the dynamic urban space and the building itself.
Nature and architecture complement each other, with the common goal - to offer comfort to the inhabitants. Rational is architecture: a building structure with its standardization and prefabrication allows variable ground plans of varying size and use. The entire depth of the house can be experienced from the vertical green space through the loggias to the actual flat. Rational is also the option to combine different usage cuts.
Poetic is the urban greenery and the spatial wealth of architecture. As said, for 15 years now.
