Today, with the expansion of urbanization, increase in housing prices, growth of modernism, the definition of home as an important part of life has changed. This did not show its destructive effect until the spread of the Corona disease and forcing people to stay at home and work remotely. Cold and soulless modern houses with small scales without connection to light, plants, air caused an stress, a lack of peace and increase crime rate, depression, lack of motivation and as a result, a decrease in the efficiency of humans.
On the other hand, lack of energy ,polluting the air and making the environmental conditions critical make the living conditions difficult and unbearable for the future generations.
In fact, the feeling of being at home becomes meaningful only by connecting with the surrounding environment.
Every building should touch the ground gently and lightly. This statement contains a feature of the interaction between the building and its site, which is essential for the green process.
A more explicit interpretation of this statement is that it is not possible to remove any building from the site it was built on and restore the conditions before the building was built on the site. This type of connection with the site is seen in the traditional settlements of Arabs; The lightness and peace among them in touching the earth was not only hidden in moving their house, but also included the materials they used and the possessions they carried with them.
In the future, in order to maintain peace and comfort and lack of energy, man has to return to the old and climatic systems, but efficient and principled in the form of today's needs.
With the studies done in the culture and climate of Dubai and constructions, the best method to design the project is to combine tradition and modernity according to the climate conditions and the future needs of the new generation and preserve the values of the old generation in a new format. This combination should be in such a way that besides being flexible in meeting all the needs of the residents in the future, it will be an intimate and comfortable space with the true meaning of this phrase (home sweet home).
According to the environmental studies, the idea of sustainable and organic architecture was formed. The most important factor in the formation of main concept, the size and placement of the building and spaces is the hot and dry climate ,sun,wind and rain. This causes the creation of compressed volumes in the east - west direction (reducing the sun's radiation and creating shadows of the volumes on each other in the summer and transferring the heat released from the materials in the cold desert nights and winter to the adjacent volume) and by stretching to the south (use from sunlight in winter and solar panels).
