Portable Classrooms
As an alternative to the standard “Brick and Mortar” classroom, Portables or Relocatables are a popular, inexpensive solution. The Green Apple adds a new standard. By becoming one of the first Relocatable Classroom to generate all it’s required electricity through the PV film attached to it’s roof. Through Net-Metering the Green Apple, under most conditions, will generate more electricity than it will require on an annual basis.
Focus on Affordability
By virtue of their zip code, some students enjoy the benefits of well-funded schools while others struggle with outdated textbooks and aging facilities. Through the Grid Neutral Portable Classroom Initiative, we are determined to help narrow educational inequalities, rather than widen them. Therefore, keeping our classrooms affordable is a top priority. By offering attractive leases whereby savings can be realized on a yearly or even monthly basis, we hope that all schools will be able to consider the financial and environmental benefits associated with our portable classrooms.
