Great World, or Great World City (GWC), was built in the late 90s as a mixed-use development in the River Valley district. It includes a 6-storey shopping mall, two 18-storey office towers, and a 35-storey serviced apartment tower, offering a variety of amenities in one location.
We were commissioned by Allgreen Properties Limited to revitalise GWC’s unique indoor-outdoor office lobby. This rare lobby design in Singapore needed enhancement.
Beyond mere entry points, office lobbies set the tone for what lies beyond. Our concept merges timeless architectural elegance with vibrant, welcoming spaces. The Great World City Office Tower AEI introduces a new level of corporate sophistication while honouring its history.
The refurbishment also features a striking facelift of the office buildings’ facades, creating an atmosphere where occupants feel connected and inspired. Additionally, this project aims to be a cohesive plaza point, linking GWC’s shopping, public, and office spaces to enhance the overall experience.
