The Gravesham Community Project PFI contains a joint health and social care facility comprising outpatient care, therapies suites, and diagnostic support facilities, as well as 108 beds for an intermediate and residential care system.
Located in the heart of Gravesend, the medical center has been a welcomed addition to the community and harmonizes with its urban surroundings using comparable forms, scales, and materials. Clinical services in the outpatient and diagnostic suites include rehabilitation, occupational therapy, radiology, nurse-led minor injury treatment, podiatry, and dentistry. An enhanced living environment in the residential care center is created through the integration of outdoor social spaces, recreational areas, and a sustained visual connection to the neighborhood.
