As one of the largest TAFE campuses in NSW, the Granville TAFE College project consists of a new 900 sqm building to accommodate student amenities, associated support spaces and specialised spaces for students.
The project responds to the Institute’s need for quality facilities that provide Student Services and group activities with an increased presence of security services and meeting the emerging needs and expectations of the campus students and staff. The siting of the new works completes the ‘L’ shape of the existing buildings to form a predominately north-south quadrangle arrangement of buildings.
This arrangement consolidates the development on the campus and retains the open grassed ‘free play’ area, playing courts, playing field and natural landscape features of the site.
