One of two WINNERS in a competition organised by a prominent real-estate developer for a complex architectural concept regarding a mixed-use development in Bucharest, Romania. The winning concept will be the basis of the masterplan.
The project was elaborated alongside STUDIO 10M from Bucharest, Romania.
Our proposal combined the strict requirements in terms of functionality (different types of housing and apartment sizes, commercial areas, an urban plaza) with the context, the existing building that cannot be demolished and will be refurbished and, of course, our constant drive for good, lasting and eye-catching design.
