This building is based on a unit rectangular shapes, which creates many different scenarios and possibilities for users. The project is organized as a square block which is cut into the facade, creating a terrace which is transformed into a sky lounge that meets the social functions of the building, the terrace lets in natural light and open interior spaces to the views of the exterior, it also creates a thermal comfort in building. This scheme also meets the need of multifunctional spaces and efficient circulation.The facade is a series of rectangles made of white concrete for the light, white lattice was used, made of sheets of zinc, both in the floor plan and elevation, allowing the fragmentation of monolithic volume and visual connection with the environment. Inside, the building is organized around a triple height central space that houses the reception, bar restaurant, which is naturally lit by skylights and celosia. This is an open forum for users to create an image of comfort and enjoy the building.
