In the dense area of Ashrafiyeh in Beirut, several developers are adopting the strategy of constructing small apartments that would offer functional and affordable apartments but still located in the heart of the city. MAC is one of those creative companies who ventured in that courageous enterprise. Their projects combine simplexes and duplexes. The buildings are characterized by simple architectural solutions, contemporary detailing and most importantly generous spaces.Our client, who is also an architect, asked us to sustain the same spirit of the building's designer while working on the interior of her duplex.
