CLARK | BARNES completed this non-structural tenant improvement to existing office space in 2016 by splitting a single office tenant space into space for two office tenants. As part of the scope, CLARK | BARNES designed the new office layout, specified the interior finishes throughout, and provided documentation for permitting. Using construction materials throughout to highlight Graham Constructions core business, the project also used prefabricated glass-front privacy system furniture for the private offices, which could be installed after occupancy.
