Our GoPay and TERMS headquarters project is in the spirit of sustainability and renewables. The building will soon become the tallest wooden building in the Czech Republic. The priority for the client was sustainability, which he also deals with within the business. Considering this condition, we decided to build a wooden structure with the advantage of having the lowest carbon footprint. The requirement was low maintenance, and therefore the exterior of the headquarters is defined by the smooth concrete surface of the facade, while wooden details can be found on doors, window frames, or panels.⠀
