GOODZILLA CLUB
Discovering Life Through Transparency
Godzilla Club explores how architecture can transform healthy eating into a spatial experience.
Rather than acting as a neutral container for food service, the project positions architecture as an active part of the brand’s identity. Inspired by the concept of Discovering Life, it translates the idea of wellbeing into a clear architectural language shaped by space, light and transparency.
Located on a compact 35-square-meter site in Mashhad, the project is organized around three independent volumes. Two side volumes accommodate sandwich preparation and beverage service, while a luminous central core forms the spatial and functional heart of the project. Beyond its symbolic presence, this vertical element integrates daylight, artificial lighting, mechanical systems and spatial orientation into a single architectural device.
Transparency defines every major design decision. Frameless glass façades expose food preparation to the public, dissolving the conventional boundary between production and customer. Rather than communicating trust through graphics or messaging, the project allows architecture itself to reveal the process.
The material palette is deliberately restrained. Mirror-finish composite panels reflect the surrounding city, while glass, translucent illuminated surfaces and light-toned finishes establish a calm and neutral environment. The reduction of materials emphasizes clarity, allowing people, food and light to become the primary visual elements.
Despite its limited footprint, the project seeks to maximize spatial quality through precision rather than complexity. The same geometric language extends from the architecture to the custom furniture, environmental graphics and structural details, creating a coherent identity across every scale of the project.
Godzilla Club proposes a future defined not by technological spectacle, but by openness, precision and trust—where architecture becomes a medium through which wellbeing is experienced rather than simply represented.
