A project is designed based on the urban context of Hue City where the architectural form is a combination of historical buildings mixed with busy modern streets located on the two sides of the Huong River.
Life here has a very slow and distinct appearance, but deep inside it is a subtlety and meticulousness to every detail, like the intention that the designer wants to bring through their work to here.

To create a building that suits the urban context and people's usage habits, the architect proposed the idea of an open space where users can conveniently communicate with each other. It is easy to capture all the activities going on around it, thus sensing space more easily.

The façade of the building is a combination of solid and hollow pieces, glass and concrete, steel and wood, light and dark, thereby showing the harmony of the building to the surrounding landscape. However, to be able to create distinctiveness and attraction, the placement of these materials also implies certain intentions and proportions. Specifically, in the layout of vertical materials, the transparent glass panels will be divided into many small pieces of an aluminum frame. On the contrary, the solid wall array at the rest will become more discreet and firm, bringing contrast and impress for this work. At the same time creating accents by wood materials that use colors, capable of visually attractive, is an important signal to identify users in the building.
Besides, the use of natural light is also effectively utilized through large glass panels arranged on the entire facade, which is sufficient to show the communication between the space inside and outside the building.

The entrance leads directly to the bar, taking advantage of the waiting chair to divide the space between the lobby and the main use space. Besides that, the wall painting also creates youthful and at the same time is a highlight.
The overall color of the space is simple, modern and contrasts, creating a clean and tidy.
However, every detail of space for users is very diverse in terms of image, color, and materials as well as diverse furniture.

With the whole construction of the building, the architect hopes that this will create a new space to attract young people but still harmoniously combine with the urban context currently present here.
