We started this project with a study of the plot of land and the soil. Combining the results of the topographic survey and the wishes of the customer, we developed several master plans, each with a different breakdown of plots and the number of houses. Every infrastructure detail was thought out in each plan.
The residential buildings, each is designed in a way that ensures privacy in relation to neighbors so that you never have to worry about intrusions into your personal space. In addition, each house is designed for all climatic conditions, taking into account the movement of the sun for the most natural lighting. The design is also highly energy-efficient to minimize operating costs.
Given that we were essentially building a whole town, our plan provided club members with a sufficient number of shops, cafes and restaurants, guest parking ggand a fitness club.
