Golden Home

"Golden Home"- a building created with the system for wooden modular buildings" Modular Building Construction" present new possibilities for design of modular buildings.

"Golden Home" is a presentation project of residential building ,type studio,which has for purpose to
explore opportunities for flexible design,regarding the form of the building,as well its function.

The building consist of four rooms that have for an aim to give new solution to builders with this futuristic project.

As material choice were used sheet metal elements in golden color of the exterior walls , windows and door with copper color of the profiles,dark glass which put an accent of the golden background of the building .In the interior were used decorative renders in grey colors laid at cement fiberboard.
There were used different furniture and fixtures among which :sinks and bath tub made of whole marble block ;special made furniture of copper sheet metal,so that there are no sharp edges or visible signs of welding.

This project has boutique characteristics and is for investors or buyers who are looking for aesthetics, as well as comfort and ecological construction.

The construction of the building is made of modules consisting of gratings elements from OSB .This type of construction make impression with its low weight, opportunities for buildings with different form which could be orthogonal ,as well as waved or oval.Another advantage is the extraordinary strength of the construction and equally distribution of material in the whole volume of the building.

"Golden Home" is example for that how new technologies make the conception of modular buildings applicable in buildings where design merge with the art and as a result creates unique building with superior qualities.
